Otto Hänsel line for flow-wrapping and packing of was used on Candy bars of size 97x30x19 mm & Weight 50g each at a rate of 420 bars/min. This line can be used on others such as Biscuits, Fruit bars, Cereal bars etc. It consists of a feeding conveyor system including a Safeline Metal Detector, the Otto Hänsel Flow Wrapper for single bars and the Otto Hänsel Box Filler/Packer (cartonner). This line consists of the following:
