Tempering machines serie TAO have been specially designed to supply a continuous, constant flow of heated chocolate. The product is poured into a loading hopper where a photocell monitors quantity. From here it drops through a series of heating sectors where thermic treatment takes place. The product is fed through the sectors by a screw feeder. Each sector is equipped with independant temperature control; temperatures are through via the control panel. A thermoregular is fitted at the end of each sector, this monitors product temperature and introduces a coolant into the sector when the latter exceeds the set temperature. The thermoregular on the final sector checks the temperature of the outgoing product.- Serial No.
