CIP Systems consists of the following components:

Stainless steel tank (3-Tank system or 2-Tank system).

APV Puma circulation Pump (Number of pumps depends on the number of channels).

Actuated & Manual control valves (Depending on automated or a manual cleaning system).

Probes (Temperature, Level & Conductivity)

Heat Exchanger

Steam reduction set

Control panel with PLC, controls, software etc..... (For fully automated systems)

Also the flow drawing shown is of a 3-Tank & 2-Channel System and this flow drawing varies depending on the number of CIP-channels offered. Flow rate of a CIP plant is directly proportional to the flow rate of the circulation pumps.
