Tetra Laval Schröder Kombinator Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger
Schroder Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger consists of:
2 x superimposed and individually driven stainless steel mixing cylinders, heated/cooled by water, driven over infinitely regulable broad v-belt drive through 3-phase a.c. motor. Rotor and stator of both cylinders fitted with pins as a mixing element. Both cylinders are placed in a stainless steel frame and include compressed air connection, inlet milk tubular connection NW 25 and outlet milk tubular connection NW 65.
