9 modules are configured on a 3 x 3 formation, all with close coupled sides.

Each module is constructed within a steel framework that enables the open spans within the complex to be created, whilst eliminating the need for any additional external roof support steel work.

The external roof of the complex is covered/clad with a pitched roof to deal with rain water.

The external wall panels of the complex are of LPCB approved "Firemaster" design, giving 60 minute fire resistance for both insulation & integrity. The panels comprise of 3 element construction utilizing a 200mm PIR (Polyisocyanurate) insulated core with steel inner & outer skins. External panels are finished in a smooth steel skinned finish.
