This bar flow wrapping & packing line was previously used in the production of Candy/Chocolate bars and can be used on others such as Biscuits, Fruit bars, Cereal bars etc. This line was operating at a rate of 450 bars/min, with bar dimension of 97 x 30 x 19mm (~50gm) and consists of the following:

1)   Inlet conveyor system.

2)   Safeline Metal Detector

3)   SIG Flow Wrapper for single pack (Type: SR)

4)   SIG Bar Grouping Machine (Type: ZD)

5)   SIG Flow Wrapper for Multipack (Type: ZB) capable of handling from 2 to 7 bars.

6)   Missing Pack Checkweigher
