2952 - Twin Tank CIP System

This system was previously used in a yogurt processing facilty by a world famous food & dairy manhufacturer. The maximum flowrate of this CIP set would be in the region of 25,000 litres per hour depending on the back-pressure generated. This system consists of the following:

• SWEP Ltd Plate Heat exchanger (Model - GX12NT 23, Sr. No - 066344, Design Temp - 150 deg C, Des pr- 10 bar, T pr - 13 bar).
• ABB Kent - Taylor Chart recorder (Model - Px105,  Controller - Diversey Lever, 4600 Single channel Microprocessor controller).
• Overall dimensions of the unit: Length - 450 cms (4.5 mts) & Width - 250 cms (2.5 mts)
