3865 - Dawson 24/8 Bottle Filler/Capper

Dawson 24/8 Combined Level Filler/Capper Unit.  The filling machine has previously been used for filling 2 ltr, 3ltr, 4 pint and 6 pint jug type poly bottles.

The filling machine includes infeed and outfeed starwheels and scrolls, capper chucks and CIP horns.  The interior of the filling machine is also equipped with CIP spray nozzles for cleaning the exterior of the filler from a central CIP system and Diversey wash unit.

The overall dimensions of the filling machine are 3.7m x 2.82m x 2.72m tall.
