Bosch TFA 242 Fully automatic thermoforming, filling & sealing machine with Aseptic operating mode, suitable for liquid products (Coffee cream etc).
Fill volume: 1n to 15 ccm (Larger volumes if required).
Fill Level: Approx 6mm below cup rim, depending on cup design and product to be filled.
Base material: Single layer polystyrene or multi-layer laminates such as polystyrene, PVDC etc.
Lid material & type of seals: 1) Heat sealed, preprinted aluminium foil from reel, 2) Heat sealed, preprinted aluminium laminate foil from reel, 3) Heat sealed plastic film from reel (Optional).
Film thickness: 1) Base material depending on cup shape, 2) Lid film.
Depth of draw: 30mm.
Output: 12 to 35 cycles per minute.
