Foodmek Pasteuriser/cooler originally designed for 3" diameter jars at a rate of 150 per minute.  The product would be filled at 85C and the tunnel is designed to maintain the product at this temperature for 12 mins for pasteurisation and then cools for a further 18 minutes.
