3230 - 7,000 Litres Per Hour Milk Pasteuriser Plant


This Milk Pasteuriser plant in excellent condition and was running at 7,000 litres per hour and consists of items shown below. It comes with a technical manual for the plant along with drawings. This plant was previously used by a major dairy producer and was professionally dismantled and match marked to enable easy and efficient commissioning. It also includes all inter connecting stainless steel pipe work and valves.

  2. PASTEURISER - Make: Moody, Model: CH10-HP3C-15G, Serial No: 2192TH, Date: Nov 1998, Max work pres: 10 BARG, Test Pres: 15 BARG, Tightening Max: 631mm Min: 600mm, Max Work Temp: 130 deg C, Net Weight: 580kg.
  3. CONTROL PANEL - Chart Recorder Make: ABB, Model: Commander 1900 (This is the chart recorder for pasteuriser and controls for plant.
  4. FLOW METRE - Make: Endress + Hauser, Model: IP67.
  5. Plant includes also APV PUMA pump, APV Hot water set, Rototherm Gauges and Spirex steam valve.
