Cattabriga Catta 27 single stage homogeniser with automatic homogenising pressure control. The machine is fitted with 25mm pistons and has an 11kW motor. Pulley ratio is 3.27:1, the motor drive pulley being 110mm and the gearbox pulley 360mm.
The unit has a throughput of 1,250 litres per hour and a maximum working pressure of 150 bar. This machine is particularly suited to ice cream applications.
