Skerman Manufacturing Plant suitable for manufacturing a wide range of products.
250 Litre Skerman hemispherical steam jacketed stainless steel process vessel
The vessel has a design pressure of 0.76 bar and full vacuum, test pressure when new of 1.3 bar, jacket test pressure of 5 bar.
There is a scrape surface mixer unit driven by variable speed drive unit and a Silverson high shear mixer through the bottom of the vessel with 2.2 kw motor.
The mixer lifts out of the vessel automatically and there is an integral vacuum pump.

The jacket has Design pressure of 3.1 bar and full vacuum and test pressure when new of 4.9 bar.
There is a clamp-on mixer unit which is a Lightning Mixer (Model: LP-25), 0.25 kw and there are loose fitting hinged lids.
250 Litre Skerman cone bottom stainless steel tank with loose fitting lid.
Maximum continuous rating 60 KW
Maximum steam output is 92 KG/H F&A 100 degrees C.
Johnson Lobe Pump (Model 10/0011)
Stainless steel rotary lobe pump on stainless steel base plate, variable speed drive unit, 77 to 540 rpm, 1.5” RJT ports.
This mixing plant is immaculate condition and come with opeartion manuals.
