Sogem automatic buffer store for continuous operation of the production process. Overall lenth of buffer store is approximately 160m and includes the primary grouping assemblies which ensure correct alignment of the product. Please note that the buffer store is currently designed for an overhead application but could be adapted to suit a lower level application. Two of these units are available either individually or, as a matched pair with full length support gantry.
The lengthy storage belt also serves as a cooling belt for baked or enrobed products prior to the packaging operation.
