This is an unique opportunity to procure a complete Mozzarella Cheese Plant capable of producing at the rate of 1,250 Kgs per hour. This plant can runs at 500 Kgs per hour which can be further upgraded to 1,250 Kgs per hour by adding 2 off 6000 litres cheese vats.
This plant is not fully automated. The product proceeds from the Cheese Vats to the Draining table and is manually fed on to the Cooker stretcher. When the product comes off the Cooling bath, manually its filled into Multivac trays. Cooling bath (I) cools the product from 35 0 C to 15 0 C and Cooling bath (II) from 15 0 C to 5 0 C.
