This is a complete Dima Mozzarella/Pizza Cheese production plant complete with curd slicing, cooking-stretching, moulding, cooling/brining and packing line.
The plant has a total production capacity of 1,200 kg/hour and had previously been used for producing mozzarella blocks of a brick shape, dimensions 67 x 86 x 165mm.
These are pacakaged into flexible vacuum formed packages, with a heavy base layer used to form the container and a printed cover heat sealed over the top.
The plant is capable of cleaning by CIP.
