CIP FOAM CLEANING UNIT FOR BOTTLE FILLERS
The complete CIP unit is held enclosed in a cylindrical Stainless Steel cabinet with 2 side access doors for inspection. It was previously used in a bottling plant to clean the bottle filling head. It has an inlet pressure of 3 bar and it takes in water at the inlet at a rate of 14,000 litres per hour. The output pressure is rated at 8 bar and includes a force of 45 Newton-Cubic Meter per hour.
On the control cabinet of the HygieneCenter, are the operating elements like Pilot light for program indication, main faults and change of container and push button for lamp testing and acknowledging of malfunction.
