The Scanima Turbo Mixing Plant is the perfect tank for turbo mixing, homogenising, emulsification, pasteurisation, etc of highly viscous products like powder/liquid or liquid/liquid with in a wide range of products.
With various accessories, the machine may be fitted to also exhaust moisture with Vacuum alongside heat, boil, cool and vent. In general, the Scanima Turbo Mixing Plant is distinguished by its very short process time and a strongly reduced quantity of additives to the finished products. This process vessel is very suitable for the following process:
- Dairy Products - Prepared and treated cheese, Cheese spreads, Cream desserts, Ice cream blends, Soft ice, Sour cream etc.
- Delicatessen - Homogenises, mixes, stirs, kneads, pulps and emulsifies. Work up fruits and vegetables, mixes mayonnaise, salad dressing, pies, curds, emulsified soup and sauces etc. in a few minutes.
- Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics - Produces ointments and pastes, jellies, syrups and emulsions, juices and solutions of various kinds. In the same production the products are mixed and homogenised. Hard, soft, viscous and frail substances are produced in extremely short time.
This Scanima Process Vessel comes complete with its own Turbo Drive 315 Kw motor unit which drives the bottom mounted homogeniser by V-belts, Homogenising head, interchangeable chopping blades, top mounted agitator with a 11 Kw gear box drive unit. It also has its own vacuum pump unit, Control panel, gantry, pipework, user manual etc.
