This Visno VDR-1000 conical mixer is also known as Nauta-mixer. This conical mixer does a thorough mix of products such as granules, powders, liquids and pastes including creams. This mixer has the capability of being started in a filled up condition. It provides an accurate mix and is of low energy consumption. Another unique feature of this mixer is its “Free ending screw” design as the bottom of the screw has no bearing or support, thus giving it an option of thorough emptying. The other advantages of thus “Free ending screw” design include elimination of heat production, reduced damage to product and efficient cleaning option.
This mixer conical mixer is mid-level supported. The gantry and platform shown in the images is not inclued but can be supplied as an additional. Comes with operation & maintenance manual.
