2780 - Processed Burger Cheese Line (Slice on Slice)

The complete Processed Burger Cheese Line (Slice on Slice) was producing 1008kg/hr (1 Ton per hour) of final process cheese product. The plant takes in cheese which is processed to achieve the right consistency and they blended. The blended cheese is then passed over rollers which has chilled water circulation which helps in forming a thin sheet of processed cheese which is wire cut and then  passed on to the stacking and packing line which comprises of conveyor system, Checkweigher, metal detector,  flow wrapper etc.

The line does have the capacity to be increased production-wise and comes with set spare cold roller which can be installed on the present plant which will increase the production capacity of the complete line. The plant was previously used for a prominent cheese brand and was professionally dismantled and is currently held in stock in our warehouse.
