Bosch 8-Head VSR BO4 Filling Machine comes complete with stainless steel filling unit with double worm bottle transport and plastic chain conveyor. Also included is Bosch Carousel VSR AO6/04 capper with 4 capper heads and plastic in/outfed conveyor and Becker vacuum pump. Sorting drums and machine also form part of this line.
This machine is capable of doing various pack sizes in the range of 250 ml to 1 liter bottles. It was used in filling 250 ml, 300 ml & 750 ml bottles in its previous location. It's capable of doing the following capacity:
- 250 ml – 120 bottles per minute
- 300 ml – 100 bottles per minute
- 750 ml – 80 bottles per minute
This machine can handle high viscous liquid like creams, shampoo etc. In its previous location, this machine was used to fill shampoo bottles.
